Update on What Heartland State Bank Is Doing to Address the Coronavirus
We continue to monitor the changes with the COVID-19 pandemic and modify our procedures to offer as much continuity, security and safety to our customers and communities.
To comply with the Centers for Disease Control’s (CDC) recent guidelines, we believe it is prudent to restrict transactions typically performed in our branch lobbies to be performed exclusively via alternative methods including drive-up, night drop, online banking or our mobile app.
Effective Wednesday March 18 at 5PM until further notice, access to the inside of our branches will only be available by appointment. All of our banking and insurance services are and will continue to be available to customers. We are taking this precaution to limit and control the environment of any in-person interactions. To schedule a meeting with your banker please call your local branch. While interacting with our customers is one of the most enjoyable parts of our job as community bankers, we wish to do our part in preventing the spread of the virus and will continue to evolve our procedures to reflect and accommodate government official recommendations and CDC guidelines.
